Machine installation

1. After the machine is unpacked, everything can be done.

2. The four sides of the machine should reserve the space required for each line of operation.

3. Rotate the machine foot screw until the four casters are off the ground, and the four adjusting

foot cups are flat and stable on the ground.

4. The power supply can be connected after the machine is installed.After the power is connected,

you can start the machine. Generally, the factory machinery has been adjusted to the best working

state before leaving the factory. If there is no special reason, do not move the machinery. Especially

the conveyor belt adjusts the balance handwheel, don’t move it randomly

Main operating instructions

1. Turn on the power, open the control door, turn on the power, and air switch.

2. Turn the main power switch to gear 1, unscrew the temperature control switch, the transportation

switch, turn on the switch on the governor, and turn on theThe transportation speed of the conveyor

belt is adjusted to meet the requirements.

3. Press the lamp 1 on button, UV lamp 1 is on, and there is an indication on the ammeter; press the

lamp 2 on button again, lamp 2 is on,The flow table 2 has instructions.

4. The temperature indicated by the thermometer starts to work. When the temperature rises to 40~50℃,

please turn on the fan switch immediately, otherwise the lamp life will be shortened. If the temperature

exceeds the temperature required by the product, turn off the UV lamp and let the fan reduce the

temperature to avoid unnecessary losses to the product.

Maintenance and precautions

1. The outside of the machine should be kept clean and dry, and there should be no water on the ground.

2. The mechanical drive shafts, bearings and chains should be greased regularly.

3. If you find any debris on the lamp, do not scrub it with your hands directly. Use a handkerchief or a

clean cloth to wipe it with alcohol to make the lamp work in the best condition.

4. Don't turn on the side of the UV machine after it is turned on. UV light will damage human skin and eyes.

5. Do not open the control door after turning on. It is strictly forbidden to wipe or touch the electrical

appliances inside with your hands or other objects (after shutting down, you can't wipe or touch the

electrical appliances inside with your hands or other objects, because there is high current and high

voltage .), so as to avoid human body electric shock accidents.

6. Blow off the dust on electrical parts regularly.
